just got back from Vegas had a wonderful 6 days in Vegas we toured the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam but it cost me in that I gained 8 pounds, but we had a great time and I'm back on plan again today
247.3 lb Lost so far: 45.9 lb.    Still to go: 67.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
