I Love breakfast))) and don’t wanna refuse all that stuff like pancakes and waffles) today I had avocado-almond-coconut waffles, where in 2 waffles (yes, I ate 3🙈) without toppings is about 270kcal and 9,5g net carbs) low-carb diet — low carb waffles 😜

That would be great. Always looking for new ideas I have an old Norwegian waffle iron of cast iron. Love to use it

Liv001, for one portion you need half avocado, 1tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1 egg, vanilla, sweetener, pinch of salt and few baking soda. Blend everything and fry waffles or small pancakes)
