I can't believe it. I have lost 20lbs. I am so excited. Now just 87 more to go. I am starting to think that maybe I should set myself smaller goals. I am thinking 20lbs by July 1st. That's what I will do. I need to get off my lazy butt and exercise and I think that would help alot. Maybe I will try the eliptical tonight a little at a time. My goal is 5 minutes every night this week plus a walk to Love street and back. I CAN do this.
