Had a great weekend. Didn't over do it food wise and tried to be as active as I could. We made 2 pies with the apples we got from our apple picking trip. I was pretty proud of myself. I had 1 slice yesterday and 1 slice today. I enjoyed it but didn't go over board.And I tried to be a little more active at work since I knew I was going t indulge. Tomorrow is Monday. Back to the gym. Looking forward to my workout in the morning.

Hi Sammy, I am trying to get a little more active as well. I go to school and there are three huge ramps in the school that I like to walk. It's not a lot of exercise, but it helps me do a little bit more than I normally do. I weigh too much to do a LOT of exercise and I start to hurt badly even after those ramp workouts, but tomorrow I go to school, so I am going to make it a point to walk them ramps. Hang in there, we can do this!

Thanks! I know we can! Keep up the good work. It's all the little things that add up over time. Those are the changes that will stick. My daughter laughs at me because when we go to the gym I always park as far from the door as I can. She says it's like we have to workout just to get to our workout. But the way I figure it, if I am going to put out the effort to work out, I want to get the most out of it as I can! LOL.

Sammy, That's great. Every little bit helps. It's all about what you can tolerate. I am looking to make small changes in my daily regimens to so that I can get more active. Maybe instead of taking the elevator on this first floor tomorrow, I will walk up to the second floor. It's not a lot, but it's more than I did yesterday!
