I had a great Thanksgiving. I was able to eat the traditional Thanksgiving dinner and get back on to my keto diet the next day and still managed to pull out a 5-pound weight loss this week. yay
245.9 lb Lost so far: 47.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
