Day 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. My muscles are sore, after being stressed out for 2 weeks and not managing to workout properly, i've finally got back on track, and feels like the first time again. Even answering the phone calls here at work hurts my shoulders! errr

but i wonder if this workout really works, i mean, it's only 20 mins workout and i used to exercise for like an hr before. well ill just hope for the best :)

Diet Calendar Entries for 22 September 2012:

It sounds to me like it is working if your muscles are sore. Even though its only 20 mins it is good if you are putting in 100% effort. Good luck

To me its about intensity! If the 20 min workout gets you out of breath and sweaty that great! If you stiff the next day you are doing even beter.Just be careful of over training so get your rest until you build the strength to go longer and harder!

well in that case, i'm hundred percent sure it is working :) thanks for the info guys, and yeap, i'm giving my all in every routine, and it made me sweat a lot
