that is it.

Last night i went out with some friends because i haven't gone out in forever. Half price margaritas and half price app's.

no more. no no no no no!! I am down to 152 (im probably around 155 now) and i've got to stop. I was going to go run today but i just can't, im slightly hungover.

I want to go to chicago next month to see some friends and i will be drinking when im there.. So no more drinking until then.

I would really like to be 145-147 by june 19th. Thats my goal and im going to make it.

These past few days have been pretty bad for me with food so enough is enough im not going to gain this weight back. no f'ing way! :)

So, i will be getting up early tomorrow morning to get my workout in. then friday i will wake up early to get my workout in then i dont have to work saturday morning so i will be doing a looooooooong workout outside.
i MUST eat healthy and stay on track!

Even though you are losing weight, you still have to live. It's good to get out once and while and have fun. It helps you stay on plan. Look at your chart, you are doing amazing. Just get back to your plan and you will be fine.
