I am tired of crash diets and eating out of depression.

I have finally decided that i need to make working out a part of my life.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
If i want to do HIT on an elliptical machine.. how would i do this?

Do i keep the same resistance? or am i changing it? I've been doing two min on level 2 then doing two min on level 5 but my pace is nearly the same.

Should i do level 2 as fast as i can then slow down a bit to recover, then repeat?

Greek Yogurt....
The only reason i eat greek yogurt is because it has nearly 2x the protein than the normal yogurt i eat.

I buy the dannon greek yogurt. I accidentaly bought plain and OMG.. i wanted to puke it was SOOO gross. I had to add muesli and strawberries to it and it sill was pretty intense. i will never make that mistake again. But the vanilla flavor is to die for.
i loooooove yogurt and i probably eat more then i should a day.

But yeah, i suggest dannon vanilla. For me its 95 cents a container which is a bit pricey but thats fine because im getting that added protein i need.
