Was very suprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and had that big of a loss (6lbs in a week). I have been having trouble with the scale not registering for a few weeks now, so I put new batteries in it and stepped on it 2 different times and got the same weight both times, so I am hoping that now it is correct. Also, Rec my new Brazilian Butt Lift DVD set yesterday. Boy did it kick my butt! Was only able to do 13 minutes and my legs felt wobbley for the rest of the night. I also have no balance what so ever. I think becuase I have very little lower body strength. Well that is about to change. I am going to work on this a little bit everyday and get stronger and stronger. Will record my progress weekly.
