Fasting a.m. BS = 121; weight =170.6. BS at 11:10 p.m. last night was 118. That's more encouraging. I switched a metformin tab from supper to bedtime, when I would usually take the Januvia. I stopped the Januvia 8 days ago, so my body should be adjusting to less meds by now. So I'm reshuffling my daily meds a bit. I'm glad the weight is readjusting too. Goal is to keep carbs 5-6%, BS stable at less than 130 one hour after meals, keep net carbs below 15, lose to 161 by Nov. 19.
Totals: 1463 cals; 78/6/16 macros; net carbs 15.89.
