Geez, i don't know what was up with me yesterday but i slept all day! I did n;t have anything stressful going on. I was just sleepy. I am sleepy today also! I think my apnea sleep machine is working. Guess I just need to step up the exercise. I am going to the gym now to get on the treadmill and then will go swimming in the pool later on. I will be 55 soon but i don't think that is it!
