Week 1 done. I followed it reasonably well and lost 5 pounds. Only one day did I go over 1,300 calories. I am frustrated because I'm so overweight that the slightest exertion wears me out. Yesterday I planted flowers in 80 degree weather and I was sweating like a stuffed pig. I know I have to get more exercise. They are starting a walking club at work on Wednesday. I joined but I am dreading it because others walk at a faster pace than I do, and I get so overheated. I don't want to go back to my desk covered in sweat ... how embarrassing.
