What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
What threw me over the edge was when they passed out matching Tshirts at work for all members of a team project to wear on launch day. They told me I had my choice of a women's large or a men's medium (which both looked the same size - AND I wear a 1X). I took it home, tried it on, and it showed very roll. I put it over a round clothes basket and left it there for 4 days trying to stretch it out. On launch day, I put it on and it still looked terrible. I wore it to work with a sweater over it but never took the sweater off.

What do you truly wish for yourself besides weight loss?
I wish that I could retire and spend my time doing volunteer work and Bible study. I've spent all my life working for someone else to make THEM money (let's face it when you're in business the bottom line is money). I'd like my life to be meaningful by helping those who need it.

New to site
Hi. I'm Claudia and just discovered this site a week ago. I'm kinda anal about tracking things so this site is right up my alley! I love how it calculates out everything. Even when I "feel" like I blew it, I really didn't when I track my food and see the results. Helps with the mindset.
