Ending #KETO day 6 once again with no cravings. The goal is not to cheat, learn portions and come up with tasty meal and snack ideas. Macros today were just ok : 100g Fat (min 100g), 30 Net Carbs (max 30g), 100g protein (fat - net carbs = protein.. min 50g.. todays max was 70g). My protein was a bit too high but overall its still pretty good, I wont be myself up about it. #KetoYUMMM

You’re doing so well! Great attitude. At times I’ve found myself eating something even when I wasn’t hungry just to try to get perfect macros. Took me awhile to relax and let it go lol. 👍

It's interesting how the carbs are all different depending on what you read etc... I always limited nett carbs to <20g/day when I was being strict . Of course I suffered from major carb creep when I stopped tracking, and started eyeballing....which is why I am now being far more strict :) You're doing well, keep it up :)

my carbs are from healthy sources so I'm not stressing. today they came from chia, hemp and a lil coconut 😀
