FS has become a part of my daily life. A few weeks ago I realized one morning that I hadn't added any of my foods from the day before. I felt just awful... Like I had lost something very important to me. I was looking through my FS buddies and noticed a few hadn't posted at all in a few months, foods, exercise or weigh-ins.... I forgot 1 day and felt very bad... Has anyone else had this happen? Am I the only one that is hooked?e

I really like how I know exactly how many calories I ate. The estimate of exercise isn't probably so accurate but it's a pretty good guessimate so I can safely assume how much I've exercised. I log everything every day. I have too... It irks me if I don't.

I do check in a couple of times a day and log my food. I like to read through the posts and see what everyone is up to. If I have a bad day I know that I'm not alone.

I log all the time and check in frequently - it keeps me motivated and accountable!

I log in regularly, I think. I don't log in every day because I am SO busy with things including exercise, but I really do miss it when I skip days. I love writing in my journal and helping everybody out. I know that it's a really hard process, but we are all going to make it through:)
