This is my first attempt at keto bread. Gotta say, I was very pleased.

It was actually bread like! Went very well under some avocados and fish.

Was it tasty? I absolutely hated everything I "baked" on keto... only thing to help my sanity was low-carb wraps, which got used as substitute for sandwiches (and was ok as VERY thin pizza base too).

FioLog: It was pretty tasty, though definitely better with a little sprinkle of sea salt after it was done cooking. When it came out of the microwave, it was very steamy. A quick trip to the toaster definitely dried it out to a texture that was definitely bread-y. I just popped the recipe up:
https://www.fatsecret.com/recipes/rec-4fd12771795546f58689858fe8d57f07/Default.aspx
3 tbsp blanched almond flour
1 large egg
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix everything in a ramekin and microwave for 90 seconds. Use a knife to loosen, and flip it out (super steamy). Slice it and toast it (or grill it with butter). Season with salt if you like.
