Woke up this morning with an overwhelming desire to weigh myself. I try not to weigh daily, since the daily variation can be mood altering. I guess if you know that the scale is going to be friendly, the mood alteration could be in your favor!

This morning, it definitely was! Another foggy morning of doing the math... 150 plus 38-ish... OMG I'm out of the 190s! Really? That makes me really happy.

Another revelation for the week: I studied my weight loss patterns since 2010 (all recorded here on FS)... I have a trend that shows my weight yo-yo up and down. The good news is that each peak is 10 lbs lower than the previous peak. In other words, my trend is generally a downward cycle of becoming a smaller person! Love it!
