It’s been a slow go as of late. But 100.4 lbs in 9 months and 8 days. Can’t complain too much. Thank God and my wife for the help to succeed.

Off to a good start. Long ways to go.

273.6 lb Lost so far: 82.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
