Fasting a.m. BS = 125; weight = 171.9 Rainy, rainy, gully-washer day! Have a meeting and luncheon today: I took deviled eggs and pork skins as my contribution. I ate some turkey lunch meat, cheese, eggs, and pork skins. Resisted all the goodies except for 6 grapes and 1 strawberry. This evening is Cracker Barrel challenge for grandson's birthday. I looked up the menu online, checked fats/carbs/proteins and have chosen what I will order.Planned: 1310 cals; 69/9/22 macros; 21.38 net carbs. Actual: 1208 cals; 66/10/24; net carbs 21.37. Did not eat cornbread or biscuits - I did not even want them.
