It is because you aren't eating enough. If your food journal is complete, you REALLY aren't eating enough. At your weight, and I see you're exercising too, you should be eating AT LEAST 1500 calories a day. Maybe more. Not junk, mind you, but you need to eat a lot more and regularly. I'd be happy to give you more specific advice, just let me know if you want it :)

well i wasn't inserting everything for a couple days. I would like more advice. I am always feeling like i'm eating too much if I eat over 1200 calories. I need to start exercising more too. I'm not exercising enough. But if you could give me more advice that would be great thanks :)

Hello! Look up how many calories you should be eating to maintain your weight. It depends on how much you weigh, age, male or female, etc. Then you can figure out how much to cut down safely. You should never eat below 1200 calories a day but, with your current weight you could probably easily eat more and still lose. For example, I need to eat around 2200 cals to maintain so I'm cutting it down 500 calories per day at 1700...at this rate I should lose 1 lb a week since there are 3500 cals in a pound of fat. I'm also burning lots of cals at the gym too but, start with the first formula and track your cals. Your body needs food for many reasons but, especially now b/c you want your metabolism always working for you and it's not working enough if you're not eating enough. Try eating 5-6 small meals or snack in b/t meals. Hope this helps!
