Had an excellent workout this morning. 3 sets of 12 reps high rows, 3 sets 12 reps T-bar rows, 3 sets 10 reps lat pull-downs, core, stretching, 3 sets rear delt flies, More core and stretching, 2 minutes rope climbing machine. Drank my water and zip fizz and went the gym fasted, didn't bother to take any sugar, carbohydrates or any other food before working out, just liquids. I considered taking some sugar water (about 20g carb) but figured that since I was fasted and burnung fat, I wouldn't. Suprisingly I had no issues with weakness or tiredness during my workout. Then came home and had a huge keto omelette, then drove the wife around and did some cleaning. I felt hungry before my first meal, but didn't feel hungry the rest of the day. I documented about 2000 calories today. At that rate I should be abele to drop about 1lb/week. If I drop it to about 1700kcal/day, I can drop 2lbs/week. I've upped my sodium intake and I'm taking magnesium, potassium, vitamin D and eating spinach and avocados to prevent another 'keto flu' like I ran into last week.
