Wow, back to 128 already, only 0.4 more than I was! I'm glad my bad day didn't put me behind for a week and a half like last time. Then again, last time I binged two days in a row! STUPID STUPID STUPID!! LOL. Positive thinking, positive thinking... The strangest thing about this is that my calories have been on the higher side for a few days now, around 1600-1750! Actually it was even 1800 the other day I beleive! My maintanance calories for my goal weight is around 1700-1800 for a light exerciser, 1650 for sedentatary. Hey if I can eat more and still lose why not? It sure helps to know I can eat a few more calories and still lose. I am still trying to wrap my mind around this concept as I am from the School of One Thousand Calories. I wish I would have kept that in mind the other day when I binged. I could have just had a little more, instead of keeping on going once I went over my limit. I swear i will conquer this! There will be a time when I no longer eat out of stress or any other emotional reason! That is my goal even more so than any more weight loss.
