Ok I buckled down during the Tornado's this past weekend but Sunday was so beautiful as if nothing happened here in Atlanta. So went out to play tennis for the first time since the fall. Man! My buns hurt and my calves feel like iron. But I am determined to hit the gym anyway. Pain maybe gain, but it hurts like all get out.
