Fasting a.m. BS=167; weight = 172.4 Ate what I wanted today: 1765 cals, 67/31/12 macros; net carbs 122.35. It's always a jolt to see those net carbs go so high. Going to concentrate on getting rid of sciatica this week, and worry about rest later. Doesn't mean I will eat crazy - after today - but concentrate on foods heavy in magnesium and potassium.
