Fasting a.m. BS = 166; weight = 171.3
Still sciatic pain keeping me awake at night, but it is getting better. Taking my multi-vitamin and Natural Calm for additional magnesium. Massage this morning helped! Foods high in magnesium: dark chocolate, avocados, nuts, legumes, tofu, seeds, whole grains, fish, bananas, leafy greens.
Mexican restaurant with family for dinner!!! Not a pre-planned event!Sabotaged! However, refried beans are legumes! macros 58/28/14.
Pain free tonight!! Yaaay!
