Milestone!!!! 2 years ago l had 2 years to live
got the bad bits removed. Watch what I eat and be more active. PSA is extra low and have 20 years plus. Thanks to those who have encouraged. Going down in weight and feeling better for it. Have a wonderful day and stick to your gaols. It's worth the challenge
182.3 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
