Fasting a.m. BS =148; weight =174.6
Having indulged in cookies on Sunday, I am now ready to be dedicated again. I must say, my granddaughter's chocolate chip cookies are to die for!!! I'm pleased she is learning to cook!
Started today with Keto coffee and will indulge today in beef and butter.
