I'm pretty happy with my progress to date after a stall a while back, I reduced my calorie count downwards to 1000 cals per day, I didn't know it would be so hard to stick to 1000 cals per day as I keep going over a bit most days, I am still losing a little bit at at a time so I'm happy. Considering 600 cals is deemed to be the starvation level explains why I still get hungry but try to fight it and carry on, I have evaluated my goal weight and changed it to 120 kgs, I have a bit to go to reach that goal but is more satisfying to nearly be there, when that is reached I will increase my cals up and see if I can maintain the weight loss successfully, Then stage two, I'll set a new goal of a 100 kgs, then repeat and maintain for a few weeks, then final stage three to set goal at 80 kgs to final goal. It's going to take a while, but I'm determined to succeed and try and stay at my final goal wight permanently.
