I've been so bad. No insanity and no calorie counting. I went back and put in what I remember, but I'm sure that wasn't all of it. I have to get back on track on Sunday. Today is graduation day for a lot of my friends, and I think I will go ahead and eat what I want (within reason).

Tomorrow...Tomorrow there will be a change!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
