No exhaustion today :) I felt so exhausted yesterday for some reason. I felt like I hadn't even slept. I dragged all day. Today I feel great, besides a little headache.

I got my running done today. I had to modify things a little. I tried to run the day before yesterday and had to stop early because I got too hot and started feeling sick (same old same old) Well I had my hubby bring my fan out so it was blowing right on me... That totally made a difference. I ran this morning with no issues. You know, the hubbs stood in front of my fan while I was talking to him and it was like going from a nice temp controlled room to running in a sauna in the space of a few seconds.....

After years of having something wrong and not knowing what the problem was I think we finally have it figured out. All this time I thought the problem was my blood sugar when it fact it's something else.... I can't get overheated or I get sick... Go figure. Well I'm telling you right now I refuse to hibernate in the summer. I'll just have to work around it.

I found as I have lost weight I deal with the heat much better, mind you once the air temperature is higher than your body temperature theres not much you can do. Here it always cools off at night so I try to get up early and get my exercise while its still cool.

I get queasy, too, and my fingers get really swollen to the point I can't bend them very much. It freaks me out. I also get really queasy and faint if I experience an acute pain, like when I sprained my ankle or when my eye doctor pressed on my eyeballs. You ever experience the same thing? I think I am kind of a freak. My eye doctor even gave me anti-nausea medication to take before the operation but it didn't help and he had to quit before finishing or I totally would have puked on him. How embarrassing!
