Good loss this time, I have altered my goal weight to give me more of an incentive and make it look like i'm achieving something, mainly to change the colors in my weight scale, when I get to my first goal, I will have a few weeks off to see if I can maintain that goal and then set a new goal for part two to try and lose more...... Feeling good today.
