Fasting a.m. BS 117, weight 175.3. Keto coffee for breakfast and supper. Lunch was hamburger patty with cheese, pickled cauliflower and olives + pork skins. Worked 2-6 today, filling for someone. Drank Keto coffee for supper. I was doing fine until I went to the historical society meeting tonight! I sabotaged myself again. Not going to worry about it, and really hit WOE tomorrow. 1764 cals, 57/26/17 macros. Not going to even look at net carbs!!! Man, that dessert sure went down easy for the destruction it caused!!!
