No supplements. They are not allowed under my current way of eating. Last year I had quite a selection. Learned certain foods act like magnets to many minerals, and by excuding these sorts of foods, supplements are not needed. How things goes I guess. Constantly learning new things, adjust, and change. Imagine the ones you have there could help for muscle comfort.
