I'm a few short days away from my week one weigh in. For some reason this morning I've had an epiphany of sorts...I started tracking my food yesterday, I mean REALLY tracking my food, and guess what? I'M OVER EATING! It seems I am eating to many calories, and carbs! This is an eye opener. My official weigh day is Monday, and I accept a loss or a gain. That's on me. It shows me that I need to be more diligent with what I am eating. I am by no means defeated. and I know I can do this!
