Today I have a breakfast at 2pm although woke up at 10am. I don’t know it’s good or bad to eat breakfast so late I just was busy and haven’t even thoughts about food. It means that today a could have only two meals and could properly cut my kcal for today

If you don’t want reduce the percent of body fat till unbelievable, you can definitely eat some bread)

Because my scales says that I have only 16,4%, but I absolutely sure, that my percentage around 22%)

Getting a full body analysis scan on Monday. Had one 8 weeks ago at the start of this 8 week challenge. Ends on Monday so nervous hahaha. Was 10.5% single digit is my personal goal

I regularly look in the mirror)) And I don’t see the girl with good outlined abdominal muscles))) But I wish you to see this 9,9🤞🏻

I feel your pain haha. Have you lost alot of weight? I still don't have overly visible abs and it's not a body fat thing. It's because I still have alot of skin from losing weight. I really recommend Palmers skin firming cream, IV been using it afew months now and it is definitely helping tighten up the tummy lol

Actually my weigh like a roller-coaster. I began from 68kg, than Anorexie and 44 kilo, after that Bulimie and 59kg, than attempts to fight Bulimie and weight from 51 till 59. Now my weight is around 58 and don’t wanna reduce. But I definitely have a problem with my skin and your advice about this cream comes in handy☺️

I'm glad your on-top off things now, your food looks amazing. I bet you feel better with a healthy weight. We all have demons and that's why I love this site. I got out of control with eating. Would eat 2 litres of ice cream in a sitting on top of pizza ribs and a beers. Didn't think I was doing anything wrong by myself whist doing it. Had a wake up call when I got slapped by the woman who saved my life as a kid. Her words meant alot and I'll never forget them " I didn't spend all those years saving your life so you can kill yourself... Sort it out Keith" She was my doc who got me through childhood cancer 3x and I thought I owe it to her to live a long and healthy life. I was 120+ kg now I want to see her again being 75kg and fit.

I tend to skip breakfast. If I must have something I go for a 90 calorie bar. If I’m headed to the gym I have a protein bar. I’m a 1-2pm eater and dinner is 7-8pm then a snack 10-11 pm to round out my macros for the day. Bed around midnight and up by 6:30 at the latest.

Breakfast is my fav.. and biggest meal of the day. I try to have my last feed no later then 8pm.

Yeah, all people have own problems. But the most difficult thing is to accept the fact, that you have a problem, that the way you live destroys yourself. And start to fight. And don’t give up after fails. Just believe that you have enough strength to live better, healthier and in harmony with your heart, your soul and your body. You’ve done a great work and you should be proud of yourself. I’m just in the very beginning of my way to better live. But I hope, that my success stand behind the next door)))

Actually I love breakfast) it’s my favorite meal and usually i can’t do anything without breakfast))) and I have no idea, what’s happened today) because yesterday I had a solid dinner at 7.30 pm)

If you want to snack but not actually eat you can always grab things like pickles. 0-5 calories depending on the brand. We also make pickle pops with the juice as a fun treat. Just freeze the juice in a popsicle container. Hope you find a way of eating soon that works great for you! 👍

And just noticed that plate! My dad gave me a plate just like that! Haven’t been able to find it in years so I think the hubby or kids broke it and hid the evidence :/.

Pepperjj, yeah, if i want to eat something and don’t wanna grab the kcal I prefer cucs or baby carrots) And this plate is from our friends) they present us all set as we came to the US)
