I tried to step on the scale this morning, so I don't know how accurate it was since I can't put full pressure on both legs and I think I was holding onto the counter a little bit. I still have swelling, which I know adds weight, but I did not like the number I saw. I am limited in physical activity, so today starts toward a different trend in eating. I am going for more protein and will try to start cutting some of those carbs that I love. Any tips you have I would love to hear.
