Has anyone here given carb cycling a try?? Been on Keto/Banting for like 3 months now (cals a day range around 1400 and usually less than 40g of carbs). I’m only thinking of adding 2 higher carb days a week to start with for my bigger training days, with the cals lowering to around 1000 and carbs still only around 70g.

I do 40 mins of cardio and about 1.5 hours weight training 5 days a week. Does this diet seem like it could help with fat loss?

Im trying to find a healthy relationship with food and carbs again, this way I’m just happy I could squeeze in some fruit, oats and sweet potato. But still terrified of gaining weight.

Been struggling with some disordered eating and just really want a better relationship with food and to continue on my weight loss/weight training journey. Is the difference in carbs too small to shock my metabolism? I’m a bit scared to go too high, but open to suggestions and any help x
