was sick all week and didn't exercise... worked out today - not sure if its because I am still feeling a bit sick or if it was because I didn't work out last week but I had a hard time keeping up with the workout today - feeling very out of shape!

I know how that goes! I didn't walk for I think 9 or 10 days! I started back on Monday and man it was tough! But look how close you are to 199! I can't wait!
