Making real diet adjustments now. Not focusing too much on portions just yet, meaning I'm not weighing or measuring, but I am eyeballing it and downsizing.
311.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.5 lb a week
