hey) I've a question. What's better yoga or pilates or gym? I want to try smth new, is there anybody who's into pilates? I heard it helps to lose belly fat, doesn't it? Giiirls

Core work can tighten the abdominal muscles but nothing targets fat in a particular area. Sad but true.

I have 3 trainigs per week ( cardio) , but I want smth else ( outside my house), I've had kickbox trainings before, but it doesn't satisfy me now. It might, zumba fitness? * and I have hypotheriosis , my doctor said trainings mustn't be too hard
