Well I made it thru day one~!! Yeah ~!!I had the 4 egg white scrambled w/ 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast.LOved the grapefruit; however, it was hard to get past the egg whites. I added spices and it was still pretty bland. But, I'm not a huge egg fan anyway. I went from 210.0 to 210.4 today.AArgh, I know don't look right. The brown rice was something new,it was pretty good. I thought I might make a mexican twist with a little cumin,chili powder,onions,cilantro and salsa. Love mexican food. So w/ the a little bit beans act as meat and the rice kinda works for me. Today I'm going to make a steamed tortilla -taco w/ beans and vegies and rice of course. I thinking chili for dinner.Please send me any of your suggestions,as I would loved to hear them all. I need all the help I can get~!!

The tortilla wouldn't be allowed in Phase 1 or 2 in case you didn't know. Otherwise, you're doing great, keep it up!

You are doing great! I am not an egg eater either, ususally. You can have fruit and yogurt instead as per the book. Good luck!

Try Egg Beaters instead of just the egg whites - they are 99% egg whites with some flavorings so they taste more like regular eggs- I'm also not crazy about just whites. Great start- keep it up!
