Day 8 coming to a close!! I really enjoyed my bike today! I rode roughly 5 miles today : ) Much better then the 3 miles I did on Sunday. However Im having some slight lower abdominal pain : ( I don't know if its related to my cycle being out of wack or the biking?!?!?
