DAY 8... Wonderful Weekend! Didn't exactly stick to my diet. I kept my calories down but I was eating chips, fries and mac n cheese! YIKES. I managed to skip my now 9 year olds birthday cake and I gotta say... the left overs sitting in the fridge are killing me : ( I was however extremely active. I walked everyday and cleaned and oiled my bike! It was nice! With the 2 younger boys off to the beach with their Aunts for a couple days that gives me and my oldest son, 11, lots of extra time together. Yesterday, we worked on the bikes and biked 2 miles thru our little town : ) And I even got the husband to take a walk with me after dinner : ) Today I'd like to bike over to the library. I have a couple books to return. Then tomorrow my son and I are taking the Trolley Hop thru Philadelphia tomorrow. We live in the Philly suburbs but I have not done anything tourist-like since I was a little girl! Im excited.
