I'm about to start herbalife. I am a little scared. Is this my last chance to lower my risk of getting diabetes or becoming hypertensive?

I need to make a change in my life today. But how many times have I said that before?

I do a Herbalife-ish food plan. And it has worked very well. I do shakes and a bar during the day, but then I cook dinner. It consists of 3oz protien, cooked veggie, large salad. So don't be scared, it is a good easy plan. If I can do it I know you can!!!
