Exactly 131.8. No change! I wonder why? I exercised and had a low calorie day. I am impatient to get to 130 or better yet 129!! I really had high hopes for this morning's weigh in. Well, I'm not going to do what I did last time this happened and eat a bunch and sabatoge it right before it starts going down again! I have to try to keep it in perpective. This happens a lot, but it always goes down again. I will work extra hard today, drink a ton of water, exercise and maybe tommorrow will be better. :(

With that attitude, you should definitely see a loss on tomorrow's scale! As a matter of fact, you might SEE that loss on the scale by mid-afternoon! Don't stop now, you're on a roll!!!

often my hard work seems to have a day's delay on the scale... maybe yours will, too? you are doing great, you'll see those even lower numbers soon!

Great focus Lotus....and don't be discouraged by the lack of movement on the scale! Stick with the plan and it'll happen.....remember - slow and steady weight loss is the BEST kind! Huggies....

How annoying! Maybe cindy is right and you'll see great results tomorrow! Even if you don't see them on the scale perhaps in the mirror.
