getting there, getting there. 3 pounds to go till my "high" goal. My ideal goal is 5 lbs less than that, but 145 is hard for me to maintain, as I remember from previous times in that weight range.
Updated my bio.
Another week to go before vacation. Am hoping to maintain during vacation which will be tough. Hoping to add in some adult beverages (which right now I only partake in on at Sunday dinner) and to enjoy some of the local cuisine in the NE where I will vacation. Am learning that bread is really not my friend. If I can limit myself to one starchy thing per day, that seems to work. Am also mostly off of sweets (no desserts) and life without cakes, pies, breads, coffee cakes, sandwiches, rolls, cookies, is pretty bad, but I'm losing weight. My sweet tooth is mostly under control. I've learned about some important trigger foods (peanut and other nut butters just cannot be eaten in moderation, and ice cream is ice cream.)

Have always had 2 wardrobes- fat and skinny- am now thinking about throwing away (Salvation Army) my fat clothes as I shed them. That is actually hard to do because I have ended up needing them again in every loss-cycle of my yo yo life.
