I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong right now! Everything seems to be falling apart this week! Clearly I need to do something, but I just don't know what!

Eat more? Eat less? Go to the gym more? Go to the gym less?

I'm so angry and confused right now...I don't even know where to start!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

According to your diet calendar, you ate over 2000 calories yesterday, so of course your weight will be up to day. When you have a very low caloric day followed by a big one, it can happen. Since your so close to goal, you may not be able to have those big caloric days like that and still lose. You may need be more strict with your calories to get those last pounds off. Maybe try zig zagging the calories (1200, 1400, 1500, 1200, etc.). Just try different things till you find what works. Exercise (if you are able) also plays an important role as you get closer to goal. Studies show people who exercise regularly are much more likely to keep the weight off than those who don't. So if you don't and can, start. If you do, switch it up. Our bodies get used to the same old things and sometimes we need to try new things to jump start the losses again.
