18th day in! I hope this weight loss continues until the end. 10 more days to go! Wow almost there. I premeditated a cheap meal celebration. I will go eat some sushi on the Saturday and on the Sunday maybe a small feta and anchovies salad/pizza. And during the day still healthy. I am so scared to binge 😰😰🙈
184.1 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the same boat. I'm on my ideal weight at the moment and I'm really scared to have a cheat meal since I don't even want to open the door, but I know having a cheat meal once a week keeps me motivated. It's just that it usually turns into a cheat day instead of meal😖
