Today is t25 dynamic core, i.e., standing crunches galore. I just plaster a smile on my face and laugh throughout. Shaun t is a little cray-cray. Had two rest days, during which i tried to move as little as possible (my body was tired and it was miserable hot), and it shocks me to say i am actually kinda looking forward to it. WTH?? I also miss doing cize. Going to try to get back to it, but the sixth dance is super challenging and intimidating.

I was a walk-thru spectator when my daughter (and occasionally my wife) were doing his DVD's. "Not enough room" was a valid excuse for me, thank goodness.

I did the T25 program, a few years back. I should have just kept on with it, and it would be a different story for me right now. Anyhow, with that being said, taking a nice, hot bath or shower really helps with not being as sore the following day. Or, the stretching video really helps to. Keep up the good work!!!

Ty @iwanna-b-slim. Did you have good results? Must admit i never do the cooldowns or the stretching. My roommate keeps chastising me about it!

If you stick with it you will have great results. If you couple it with eating right (or better) you will have even better results. The only thing I would say, is have yourself ready to keep on with another program, unless, you decide to up your own intensity. The cooldowns at the very least you should be doing. It's only a few minutes. Keep up the good work!

@iwanna, i just noticed you replied! I think i am going to redo t25 when i am done. I am nowhere near doing what shaun & co are doing, so there will be plenty of room for improvement! I should totally do the cool downs, you are right, it is only a couple of minutes!
