The bacon says 470 calories for 5 slices of uncooked. Since I microwaved 4 slices and filled 4 paper towels with fat, I would think that the Fat and Calories would be significantly reduced. The Melted Gouda is SO DELICIOUS it is ridiculous. With dinner last night, my salad, I bit into an onion that for the first time ever exploded with flavour and sweetness that my previously devastated palate could actually taste and appreciate. Onions have only ever been "sharp" to me, but there is so much more going on there. I love having "virgin" taste buds. YAY KETO!!! SCREW SUGAR....
